2.2 Product Information & Limitations

• We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor variations in grain, color, or finish in natural materials (wood, leather) are characteristics of handcrafted goods, not defects.
• Some items, due to their nature, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:
  • Custom Knives: All personalized, made-to-order items.
  • Emergency & Survival Foods: For health and safety reasons.
• All knives and tools are sold as sharpened, ready-for-use instruments.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• Your payment card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Service Area: We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and specific areas in Asia. It is your responsibility to check if we ship to your location.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Your Responsibilities: Provide a correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. You are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
• Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
• Process: Initiate a request by emailing [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. An RMA number is required for all returns.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-5 business days (PayPal) after we process the approved return.
• Items that are used, altered, damaged, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
