Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when shipped, with all original tags, accessories, and documentation included.

• Item must be postmarked back to us within 5 business days of request approval.

The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions to our Oklahoma City facility.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Step 4: Inspection and Processing

Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll email you regarding your refund status or the shipment of your exchange item.

Refunds: Timing & Method

After your return is approved and processed, we initiate your refund. The timing depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are processed back to your original card. Please allow 5-10 business days after we process it for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Refunds are sent back to your PayPal account, typically reflected within 3-5 business days of our processing.

We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For the safety and integrity of our products and community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom Knives: Due to their personalized, made-to-order nature, all items in the “Custom Knives” menu category are final sale.
  • Emergency & Survival Foods: For health and safety reasons, all food products are non-returnable.
  • Used, Altered, or Damaged Items: Any item not in original, unused condition, or showing signs of wear, sharpening, modification, or customer-caused damage.
  • Items Missing Original Packaging & Documentation: Products must be returned with all original boxes, papers, sheaths, and accessories.
