Our Return & Exchange Promise

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped. All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Important Timeline: Please initiate your return or exchange request within 15 days of delivery. The item must be postmarked back to us within 5 business days of your request being approved.

The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our facility in Oklahoma City.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product).
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or the shipment of your exchange item.

Refunds: Timing & Method

After your return is approved and processed, your refund will be initiated. The timing depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are processed back to your original card. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
  • PayPal: Refunds are sent back to your PayPal account. This is typically reflected within 3-5 business days of our processing.

We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For the safety and integrity of our products and community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom Knives: Due to their personalized and made-to-order nature, all items listed under the “Custom Knives” menu category are final sale.
  • Emergency & Survival Foods: For obvious health and safety reasons, all food products are non-returnable.
  • Used, Altered, or Damaged Items: Any item not in its original, unused condition, or that shows signs of wear, sharpening, modification, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Items Missing Original Packaging & Documentation: Products must be returned with all original boxes, papers, sheaths, and accessories.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective product or an item you did not order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all shipping costs to resolve the issue promptly.
